Telephone reception

Online reception
Thursday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The reception must be booked by appointment. Online reception is suspended on 14 September due to participation in access tests
The On-Line Secretariat operates according to a multi-channel approach: telephone, web-conference and e-mail and via the teaching platform (the Learning Management System) within a dedicated section where all relevant administrative documentation can be found.
The On-Line Secretariat is ensured by technical/administrative personnel from the Edunova Centre hired through a public call for tenders and at least C level with many years of experience in the management of on-line training activities.
The On-Line Secretariat offers support for all administrative activities of the degree course.
It can be contacted synchronously (telephone, web-conference) from Monday to Friday, 8.30 a.m. to 6 p.m., while it can be contacted a-synchronously according to a 7/24 service approach by e-mail or via the adopted LMS platform and responds usually within 24 working hours following the request.
