Nurse Trainee Guide

The vocational training activities are managed and conducted by a system of professional tutors.

The professional tutor is a nursing professional who has acquired, through specific training, advanced professional and pedagogical skills. 

The trainee guide nurse is an experienced clinical professional who works continuously in a specific operational unit; he/she supports the trainee student in a OneToOne relationship, after having attended a specific training course (Trainee Guide Nurse Course) organised and run by the Course of Studies.
